Hi there, most of the people have used GMail but not aware of some simple tips which can grab from GMail. Like for example, using GMail you can connect to other hosting mails like I have an email account in my domain as vivek@developersnippets.com the mails which are coming to vivek@developersnippets.com can be viewed exclusively through GMail and its fast enough as well. Like wise through GMail you can convert your uploaded PDF file to HTML as simple as such.
Below are the respective steps:
1. Just open your GMail account and click on Compose Mail
2. Just in the To field write your own GMail id for testing, you write the subject as Testing Mail or your own text.
3. Then Click on “Attach a file” link to attach your PDF file, then press “Send“.
4. As you have written your own id in “To” field, the mail will receive in your inbox, open your inbox and click on the mail which you have sent.
5. Then goto attachment section, there you can view two links “View as HTML” and “Download”. I think from this you have got an idea of how we can convert respective PDF files to pure HTML. If you see the view source of it, its pure HTML with some inline styles.
I think the above steps will help you in converting PDF files to HTML file. Even you can reuse the HTML code which has been generated, this going to help as a simple tip when we do not have converting softwares in our systems.
